摘要
提出一种纸色谱斑点定量的新途径化学发光法及专用装置 .研究了经纸色谱分离后的含 Au( )斑点与 L uminol-H2 O2 直接接触产生的化学发光动力学曲线 .最大发光信号值与斑点含 Au量在 1~ 1 0 - 3μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,检出限为 2 .7ng.以 1 mol/L HCl为流动相 ,研究了 2 8种常见金属离子的纸色谱行为 ,发现除 As( )和 Mo( )外 ,其它离子可以完全分离 .对含 0 .3 μg金的纸斑点经 7次测量相对标准偏差为 5 % .该方法可用于地质样品和镀金工业废液中微量 Au的测定 .
A new quantitative approach, chemiluminescence method and appropriative apparatus, to determination of paper chromatographic spot were presented in this paper. The chemiluminescence kinetic curve of reaction though direct touch of gold contained spot, seperated beforehand by paper chromatography, with Luminol H 2O 2 was studied. The maximum signals of chemiluminescence were linear with amounts of Au in the range of 1~10 -3 μg. The determination limit is 2.7 ng. The relative standard deviation of 7 measurements of 0.3 μg Au is 0.050. Through the investigation of paper chromatographic behaviors for 28 common metal ions with 1 mol/L HCl as eluant, it was found that the Au can be separated from all metal ions except As(Ⅳ) and Mo(Ⅵ). The approach can be used for the determination of Au in the geological samples and waste liquid of gold plating.
