Rounded binary form is a small - form music form employed at the early stage of music tune prac- tice. It has reference value for the acquisition of other music forms to study the three constituent parts of rounded binary form： the reproduction part, the middle part and the subordinate part （i. e. prelude, connection, epi- logue）. This paper discusses the structural features of rounded binary form and analyzes its reference value to the acquisition of rounded three - form, trilogy, rondo and sonata form.
