摘要
通过对天湖水电站压力钢管近厂房段取消伸缩节的应力分析计算研究表明:超过1000m水头的压力钢管,镇墩和厂房又系软基,如果取消叉管后面的伸缩节,不但节省了伸缩节的投资,免于漏水,运行可靠,而且为厂房布置提供方便,目前运行情况良好,是值得借鉴的.
This paper presents the calculation and analysis about the stress of the penstock of Tianhu Hydroeletric Power Station,which cancel the telescopic joint near the power house.It shows that the penstock,which designed head is more than 1 000 m and the foundation of power house and anchorage is weak,can not only reduce the investment of the telescopic joint,avoid leaking,operate reliably,but also be convenient for arranging the power house,if the telescopic joint behind the branch pipe is canceled.It works well now and worthy of reference.
