摘要
海洋渔业产业的发展,正在经历从以产品为中心到以市场和顾客为中心的转变过程。以市场需求为中心的产业链发展模式反映了海洋渔业产业对零散、无序、低水平发展的各类企业整合、提高的发展思路,也体现了对市场目标顾客需求的全面满足。在资源约束、市场竞争压力日趋严峻的条件下,海洋渔业产业根据产业内不同企业的规模、实力、发展水平,构造多种形式、富有竞争力的产业链,才能使我国海洋渔业产业的发展走上一个新台阶,促进实现"海洋强国"的建设目标。
Marine Fishery Industry (MFI) has been undergoing a transformation from product-centered to market- and customer-centered structure. Based on market demand, the model of Marine Fishery Industry Chain aims to integrate and improve those scattered, disordered, and low level of various types of fishery enterprises, and also satisfy target customers' demands. Under the conditions of resource constraint and intense market competition, MFI should construct a diversified and competitive industry chain accord- ing to the scale, strength and developmental level of enterprises. In this way can Chinese MFI realize the goal of being a marine power in the world.
