A Review of Informal Employment Theories in Foreign Countries

摘要 非正规就业日益成为发达国家和发展中国家重要的就业渠道、新增就业岗位的来源和未来的就业趋势。近些年来,我国非正规就业以其广阔的就业领域、灵活多样的就业时间和就业方式、较低的就业门槛等优势发展迅速,成为缓解就业压力、解决就业问题的重要渠道,但也存在着诸多问题。本文较为全面、系统地疏理与评析了国外非正规就业理论,以期为我国政府规范和发展非正规就业提供一定的启示与借鉴。 Informal employment has been becoming an important employment channel, a source for new jobs and a trend for future employment both in the developed and developing countries. In China, informal employment has developed quickly in recent years, and has become an important channel to solve the problem of employment because of its broad job market, flexible time and ways, and lower requirements for employment. This paper tries to make a systematic analysis of informal employment theories in foreign countries so that they can be used for reference in our country.
