广西南宁市城市商业中心环境与特色的探讨

Inquiry into the enviroment and characteristic of Nanning′s urban commercial center in Guangxi

50年来,南宁市城市商业中心得到较大的发展,但有得也有失,表现在旧城改造过快,新建项目在规模上、速度上控制不严,商业中心建筑密度上升,用地紧张,交通拥挤,环境质量差,历史文脉被破坏,城市缺乏特色.对此,应该采取相应的解决途径,从整体上改善商业中心的环境质量及城市形象.

For 50 years, great achievements have been made in the development of the commercial center of Nanning. But there are still shortages : The reconstruction of the old city is too hasty, the control on the scale and speed of the new projects is not strict,the density of buildings increase too rapidly which causes the tension of land,traffic jam, poor quality of environment, destruction of historical context and lack of character of the city. So a corresponding approach must be taken to improve the quality of the environment and to establish the image of the city as a whole in the commercial center.
