The Construction of Sharing Information Databases on Wild Plants Germplasm Resources in Tarim Basin

塔里木盆地野生植物种质资源丰富,具有极高的研究价值。文中分析了植物种质资源信息库建设现状,提出塔里木盆地野生植物种质资源共享信息库建设的必要性,并从共享信息库建设目标、技术构架、种质资源数字化和规范化处理、数据库组成及数据共享管理机制等主要方面阐述了共享信息库构建方法,初步建成塔里木盆地野生植物种质资源共享信息库。该共享信息库的建设,实现了塔里木盆地野生植物种质资源网络共享,对种质资源保护与利用起到了促进作用,同时也是新疆区域特色植物种质资源信息库建设的有益补充。

Tarim Basin processes rich wild plants germplasm resources which hold great research value. This paper analyzes the cur- rent construction situation of information databases on wild plants germplasm resources, puts forward the necessity of building informa- tion databases on wild plants germplasm resources in Tarim Basin shared, and elaborates the methods to build sharing databases from the main aspects： the goal of shared information database construction, technical framework, digitization and standardization processing of germplasm resources, database and management mechanism of sharing data so as to built resource sharing information databases on wild plants germplasm resources in Tarim Basin initially. The construction of the shared information database realizes the network sha- ring of wild plant germplasm resources in Tarim Basin, and promotes the protection and utilization of germplasm resources. Meanwhile, it is a beneficial supplement to gennplasm resources information database construction on characteristic plant in Xinjiang.
