Benignly coordinating relations to promote land sustainable use of resources and the ecological environment quality improve- ment and self recovery reconstruction ability, excessive exploitation and utilization of the land resources will only aggravate the ecologi- cal environment vulnerability; further restrict the sustainable development and utilization of the land. This article, from the basic cur- rent situation of Aksu area, by using the coupling evaluation model and principal component analysis, the study both the degree of cou- pling relationship and the influence mechanism, analysis the development and utilization of land and ecological environment in 2000 ~ 2010, the dynamic evolution process. The results of the study show that: (1) the Aksu region development of land use intensity in- creasing, the ecological environment condition overall fluctuations, but nearly two years environment has been improved, both the coor- dinated development is still faced with great pressure. (2) the development of land use and ecological environment of the dynamic evo- lution relationship does not meet the long - term equilibrium relationship, coupling degree in fluctuation in weakened gradually, the ec- ological environment of the benign conditions present is not obvious. This paper holds that : adhere to the development of land use and ecological environment improvement synchronously, sustain ecological environment relatively stable operation mechanism, to maintain the sustainable development of regional economy.
