摘要
以西北五省为研究对象,选择影响西北五省农村人力资本积累的10个指标,并运用主成分分析法,提取具有代表性的三个主成分,在此基础上得到了西北五省的综合得分,通过综合排名反映出西北五省农村人力资本状况,并提出相应的解决对策。
The study selects 10 human capital accumulation indicators which affect rural areas in five northwestern provinces. Principal component analysis is used to extract the three principal components, based on which a comprehensive score for each province is got. The ranking of the comprehensive score tells different situations in each province. Finally are proposed
