摘要
县域小城镇是连接城市经济和农村经济的桥梁,小城镇的建设发展可以有效解决工农两大产业间的利益失衡问题,还可以增加农民的收入。基于保定市县域小城镇发展的特点,研究其发展路径及政策,对加快保定市县域经济发展具有十分重要的意义。
County town is the bridge for the urban and rural economies. The development of county towns can solve imbalance problems between industry and agriculture,and increase peasant income. It is very important to study its development ways and policies based on the characteristics of county town.
