保定县域民营经济与驻保高校的互动模式研究

On the Cooperation and Interaction between Baoding County Economy and High Schools in Baoding

目前,保定县域经济发展态势良好,然而人才的匮乏却制约着企业进一步做大做强。在互动理论、高等教育职能理论和知识经济理论的基础上,构建立体综合型互动模式是高等教育与区域经济发展的必经之路。保定县域经济可与驻保高校在人才培养、经营管理和科技开发方面实现全面互动,做到"源头抓起、共同参与、相互渗透、互动共赢"。

Recently, the baoding county economy has been developing rapidly. However, the lack of talents has become the bottleneck that limits the further development and expansion of these enterprises. Based on the interaction theory, the function of high education theory and the theory of knowledge economy, comprehensive interaction is the solution to the development of both Baoding county economy and High Schools in Baoding. They should cooperate and interact in many aspects, such as training, management and R＆D to achieve win-win result.
