摘要
近年来,我国高等法学教育发展迅速,却仍然不能完全适应社会主义法治国家建设的需要。要解决好当前法律教育中存在的问题,必须创新法律人才培养方式,促进法律教育交流与合作,加强法律人才实践能力培养,提高法律人才职业道德素质,完善我国法律人才培养模式,从而推动卓越法律人才的培养。
In recent years ,higher legal education develops rapidly, but cannot fully adapts to the requirements of building of a socialist country under the rule of law. To solve the current problems in legal education, we must innovate legal talents training mode and promote legal education, strengthen the communication and cooperation of the legal talents cultivation of practical ability,improve the legal professional moral quality,perfect our country＇s legal talent training mode, so as to promote outstanding legal talents.
