摘要 针对户外服装"软壳衣"(Soft-shell)在不同温度环境下的热功能性及其影响因素开展评价与分析。为此设计和开展一个试穿实验:以市场采购的"软壳衣"作为试验样衣,在人工气候室中模拟3种不同温度环境(相对湿度与风速固定),并要求5名试穿者在穿着规定的"软壳衣"和配套服装情况下,完成所设计的运动模式,最后通过采集人体体表温度和相对湿度来分析"软壳衣"的热功能性。实验结果表明,"软壳衣"适合在5℃~15℃环境下运动时穿着,而不适合在高温以及寒冷环境下使用,影响其功能的主要原因是服装材料保暖性以及透水性。 A Thermal functional evaluation performances of "soft-shell" garment used in outdoor sports in different temperature conditions and the factors affecting its performances are evaluated and analyzed. Thus, the experiment is designed and conducted: Firstly, "soft-shell" garments bought from market are regarded as testing samples. Conditions of three different temperatures ( under same relative humidity and wind speed) are simulated in the chamber. And then, five subjects wearing "soft-shell" garments are required to make the designed sport activities in these conditions. Finally, data of their skin temperatures and relative humidity are coUected and analyzed. The result indicates that "soft-shell" garment is suitable for sportsman who makes sport activities in the conditions of 5℃- 15℃ air temperature. But, the poor thermal resistant and OMMC (Overall Moisture Management Capacity) of "soft-shall" garment material make it be not suitable for wearing in the conditions of high or very cold temperature.
