摘要
针对新型旋转钳板精梳机纤维须丛换向要求,提出一种置于精梳机锡林内的钳板机构。采用串联式凸轮-连杆机构,实现了锡林小幅转角钳板大动程往复运动,在锡林回转过程中钳板能可靠夹持给棉罗拉输出的纤维须丛。详细介绍了该组合机构的设计方法,并通过运动学分析验证了该机构的可行性。
A nipper mechanism placed on comber' s cylinder is proposed to meet the direction change of fiber fringe on the comber. The tandem cam-pendulum mechanism realized large reciprocating movement of the nipper with slight angle rotating of the cylinder and can make the nipper reliably gripe fiber hinge from the miler when the cylinder is rotating. The article presents the design of the mechanism in detail and verifies the feasibility by kinematic analysis.
