摘要
经编机电子送经的工艺控制要求是典型的变速同步传动控制,其核心是对经编主轴与送经从轴间传动比的动态连续修改。电子齿轮技术以其灵活快捷的速比变换特征,已经成为现代经编数控系统中实施电子送经控制的关键技术。文中对采用内部电子齿轮方案、外部电子齿轮方案、自制电子齿轮方案的现代经编数控系统分别进行了详细描述,并对比分析了各实施方案的特点,对现代经编机的数控化推进具有一定的实用指导意义。
The process control requi ent of lectronic off on warp knitting machine is typical synchronous drive control with variable speeds, and its core is to dynamiely modify the axial ratio between the main warp knitting shaft and let off device continuously. Electronic gear has become the key technology of modern warp knitting CNC system to implement the electronic let off control for its agile ratio transformation characters. In this paper, the warp knitting numerical control system with internal electronic gear scheme, external electronic gear scheme and homemade electronic gear scheme are described in detail, and the characters of each scheme arc analyzed and compared which provides some guidance for the further application of numerical control on modern warp knitting machine.
