摘要
割绒过程中,割绒方向会使绒坯、导针、圆刀三者之间的作用力产生微小变化,直接对绒纬浮长的切割受力产生影响。通过对割绒机构、割绒工艺和割绒过程中绒坯、导针、圆刀三者之间相互作用力的解析,诠释了采用正割可以保证割绒工艺顺利进行,并提高割绒效率和割绒质量。
Pile cutting direction causes small changes between gray goods, guide pin and round knife. Forward-cut can guarantee process carried out smoothly as well as improve cut efficiency and quality. The cutting devices, cutting process technology as well as the interaction force between gray goods, guide pin and round knife are explained and analyzed to guarantee a smooth cutting process and improve the cutting quality and efficiency.
