摘要
采用真空微波技术对不同含水率的羊绒纤维进行烘燥,分析真空微波烘燥处理对羊绒断裂强力、断裂伸长、纤维细度和纤维结晶度的影响,真空微波烘燥技术能明显提高烘燥效率,且对羊绒机械性能不仅没有负面影响,还有一定程度的修补作用,表现在纤维的断裂强力和断裂伸长有所提高,其原因是由于微波烘燥后羊绒纤维的结晶度提高。
In this paper, the cashmere fibers of different regain are treated by microwave vacuum drying. The effects of the treatment on the breaking strength and elongation as well as on fiber fineness and crystallinity are compared and analyzed, pointed out that the microwave vacuum drying can improve the drying efficiency and has no negative impact on mechanical properties of the cashmere fibers, on the contrary, has some active impact on it. Breaking strength and elongation of the treated cashmere f'thers are better than that of the not treated. The reason is the increased crystallinity of the microwave dryed cashmere fibers.
