摘要
对织物边缘和中部通过局部编织技术形成的省和褶进行了研究,分析省和褶局部编织的方式、几何原理及外观效果影响因素,得出三角形局部编织比矩形的褶裥效果更明显,褶量的大小与三角形的底边长度呈线性相关;通过将局部编织物纹理与省道合并后的织物纹理进行比较,分析形成省道的原理,探讨形状对造型的影响,为生产立体造型横机编织产品提供参考。
In the article is studied the implementation method of dart and pleat by partially knitting technology at the edge and central of the fabric with partially knitting, geometry principle and appearance influencing factors analysed. The conclusion is that the effect of pleat is more obvious by triangle partially knitting than by rectangle partially knitting with the relationship between pleat size and length of triangle base line being a linear correlation. The principle of dart formation is analysed by comparing the wale grain direction of partially knitted fabric with that of the fabric after dart merged. And effect of partially knitted geometry on moulding is discussed which can be taken as reference for manufacturing three dimensional knitted products.
