研究了当前多媒体应用的特点与要求，并在多媒体系统的层次结构上引入ＱｏＳ管理机制，实现了ＱｏＳ承诺，ＱｏＳ协商，进入控制等功能，对实时多媒体应用进行动态的ＱｏＳ控制．

This paper analyzes the influence of distributed multimedia application on quality of service ,and on the basis of the hierarchy architecture of the distributed multimedia system, we provide a QoS management architecture for distributed multimedia system, which implement QoS commitment, QoS negotiation,admission control.
