骨料级配对配重混凝土密度及抗压强度影响的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 骨料级配不仅影响海底管道配重混凝土的强度,而且对其耐久性等也有显著的影响。Füller等式和Bolomey等式是非常著名的固体颗粒理想级配分布公式,以上述公式为依据,设计了不同水泥用量、不同骨料级配的混凝土试验,以考察骨料级配对配重混凝土密度和抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:Füller公式适用于配重混凝土配合比设计;混凝土密实度不够时,密实度是混凝土密度的决定因素,反之骨料密度是决定因素;混凝土抗压强度随着粗骨料的增加而增大,达到最大值后,又逐渐下降。 Aggregate as the main constituent of marine pipeline weighted concrete highly affects both the compressive strength and the duration of concrete.This paper designs the aggregate gradation experiments with different cement contents in an attempt to determine the effects of aggregate gradation on weighted concrete density and compressive strength based on the famous Füller formula and Bolomey formula.The results indicate that Füller formula is applicable to weighted concrete aggregate gradation design;the determinant of concrete density is concrete compactness if the compactness is insufficient,while on the contrary,the aggregate is;the compressive strength increases with coarse aggregate increment,then gradually decreases after reaching its maximum value.
