Optimization of Station Construction Management Model of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project

西气东输二线的施工管理总体采用EPC总承包模式,对各个站场和阀室的施工管理则采用线路标段分包模式。文章结合工程实际,概述了站场施工管理模式的现状与存在的问题,分析总结了工程施工中建立与运用站场施工管理模式的经验及提高站场施工管理水平的途径,为后续的油气管道工程建设提供借鉴。

EPC mode is used in the construction management for the Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project as a whole,but the bidding route section subcontract mode is adopted for the station and valve chamber construction management.Combined with the engineering practice,this paper briefly introduces the current status and existing problems in the station construction management mode,then analyzes and summarizes the establishment and implementation experience of the station construction management mode as well as the approaches to boosting the management level.It provides a reference for follow-up construction of oil and gas pipelines.
