摘要
天津LNG项目一期罐区地质条件特殊。原地基处理方案"插塑料排水板+密封墙+井点降水+二次回填自重压载"在实际应用中遇到了问题,因此提出新的"长螺旋机械引孔+振动沉管灌注砂桩+密封墙+井点降水+二次回填自重压载"地基处理方案。文章对新方案的施工工艺、技术要求和质量检测要求做了详细的介绍,并分析了其适用性。
The storage tank area for first-phase of Tianjin LNG project is located in special geological condition.The original foundation treatment scheme,i.e.plastic drainage sheet + waterproof wall + well point drainage + self-weight load by secondary backfill,encounters difficulties,so that the new foundation treatment scheme,i.e.holing with long spiral machine + stroked vibrating cast-in-place sand pile + waterproof wall + well point drainage + self-weight load by secondary backfill,is proposed.The construction procedure,technical and quality inspection requirements of the new foundation scheme are illustrated in this paper,and its applicability as well.
