单边定向钻管道穿越新工艺的开发与应用

Development and Application of New Pipeline Crossing Process with Directional Drilling from One side

江苏石油勘探局油田建设处自主成功开发了单边定向钻管道穿越施工工艺,后经多个工程的应用,进行了改进与创新。文章简述了江苏油建在山西煤层气输气管道工程项目实施过程中,形成的整体预制、一次穿越施工的单边定向钻管道穿越新工艺,论述了新工艺的实施、控制要点及实施效果。新工艺的实施更好地保护了生态环境,缩短了施工工期,提高了施工效率。

Jiangsu Oilfield Construction Co.has successfully developed a new pipeline crossing process with directional drilling from one side and innovated through many projects.In this paper,the implementation of this new construction process in Shanxi coalbed gas pipeline project is introduced,including integral prefabrication and crossing construction in one time.The key points of its implementation and control as well as implementation effects are discussed.This new construction process is able to further protect ecologic environment,shorten construction period and raise construction efficiency.
