摘要
心理弹性是近二三十年来西方心理学理论界和心理咨询界新兴的一个研究领域,以儿童、青少年为研究对象展探讨有关儿童、青少年的成长问题,尤其关注特殊儿童群体.心理弹性通过多种措施帮助儿童、青少年构建良好的心理弹性、促进其心理健康发展的理论、模式和具体做法,适用于学校体育教育,尤其适用于对体育锻炼兴趣或成绩存在差异学生的心理健康引导.在对心理弹性概念进行界定和体育教学中心理弹性干预研究的进展进行分析的基础上,从设定体育教学目标、设计体育教学组织形式、选择体育教学方法、设定体育教师的合理期望和创设愉悦的体育教学情境等几个方面探讨学校体育心理弹性干预的实施.
Psychological resilience (PR) is a new research area in the past twenty years in the field of western psychology theories and psychology consultation. It takes children and adolescents as re- search subjects and investigates their growth issues, focusing particularly on special groups of chil- dren. By means of various measures, PR helps children and adolescents structure positive PR, pro- moting the theory, model and specific practices of their mental health development, which is applica- ble to school physical education. It applies particularly to guiding the mental health of those students who have difficulties in physical exercise interest and achievements. On the basis of defining the PR concept and analyzing the developments of the PR research in physical education, this article explores PR intervention practice in school sports in terms of setting physical teaching objectives, designing the organizational form of physical education, selecting physical teaching method, setting the reason- able expectation of physical teachers and creating enjoyable physical education environment.
