摘要
为探索烟草农业废弃烟梗气化炉的气化能力大小,为废弃烟梗气化炉的推广应用提供参考依据,对气化炉炉膛面积的大小、气化炉的工艺控制水平以及气化原料的含水率等关键因素进行了测试。结果表明,当气化炉在供料速度为600 kg/h,引风机频率为18~20Hz参数范围内运行时,气化炉产出的燃气质量最好,发热量最高为290~295℃。
In order to define the size of the gasifier gasification ability of gasifier furnace area size, gasifier process control level and the moisture content of raw materials, such as gasification key factors in the test. This experiment is in the boiler cold state, through the set respectively different feeding speed and induced draft fan frequency 24 processing, the waste in the process of gasification peduncle gasifier optimal operation parameters, and determined the gasifier in the best operation parameters within the scope of the operation of the reasonable discharge quantity. Experiments showed that got the above factors, the best value.
