摘要
目的研究解酒消脂汤对酒精性脂肪肝(AFL)的肝保护作用机制。方法采用酒精联合脂肪乳剂法制备AFL大鼠模型,将雄性SD大鼠随机分正常组、模型组,复方益肝灵片组、解酒消脂汤低、中、高剂量组。对照组和模型组给予生理盐水,其余各组连续灌胃给予相应药物6周,6周末进行肝脏组织病理学观察,测定各组大鼠体质量、肝指数、血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)活性。结果与模型组比较,解酒消脂汤中、高剂量组能明显减轻肝脏脂肪变性和炎症;显著降低显著降低肝指数、血清AST、ALT、GGT、TG、TC、LDL-C水平。体质量明显增加,血清HDL-C水平明显升高。结论解酒消脂汤具有减轻肝脏脂肪变性和炎症、改善肝功能、降低血脂的作用,从而起保护肝脏的作用。
Objective: To investigate the prevention and treatment effects of Jiejiuxiaozhi Decoction on rats with alcoholic fatty liver(AFL).Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group,the Compound Yiganling Tablet group,the Jiejiuxiaozhi Decoction low dose group,the Jiejiuxiaozhi Decoction middle dose group and the Jiejiuxiaozhi Decoction high dose group.The normal group and the model group were administered saline.The other groups were given corresponding medicine by gavage for 6 weeks.After having given medicine for 6 weeks,the following indexes were observed and detected such as the weight,the liver index,the levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum.Results: Compared with the model group,,fatty degeneration and inflammation were significantly reduced in the Jiejiuxiaozhi Decoction middle dose group and high dose group.The following indices were significantly decreased such as liver index,the contents of AST,ALT,GGT,TG,TC,LDLC in serum.However,the following indicators were significantly increased including body weights,the contents of HDL-C in serum.All the experimental data had statistical significances.Conclusion: Jiejiuxiaozhi Decoction can significantly reduce fatty degeneration and inflammation,improve liver function and decrease blood lipid capacity.
