三三九咳散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘51例临床研究

Clinical Study of Sansanjiuke Powder on Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察三三九咳散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效,评价其安全性。方法将患者采用随机、阳性平行对照的方法分为两组,治疗组口服三三九咳散颗粒,对照组予酮替芬口服,两组同时喷吸普米克气雾剂。14 d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程,并随访1年,观察远期疗效。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,在证候疗效方面,咯痰、喘息、口干咽燥等的疗效优于对照组;两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论三三九咳散是治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的有效方剂,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and the safety of Sansanjiuke Powder on cough varian asthma.Methods： 98 patients of cough varian asthma were randomly divided into the treatment group with Sansanjiuke Powder and the control group with Ketotifen.In addition,both groups were given Pulmicort aerosol.After two treatment courses,the clinical efficacies in 2 groups were investigated and compared.Meanwhile,the prostecdtive efficacy were follow-up visited for a year.Results： The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher significantly than that of the control group.These effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group such as the stethocatharsis,the gasping and the dry mouth.No side effects were observed in both groups.Conclusion： Sansanjiukesan Powder is effective in treating cough varian asthma.It is worth for clinical application.
