十二指肠内镜联合复方大柴胡汤治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎临床观察

Clinical Study of Endoscopic Duodenal plus Dachaihu Decoction on Acute Gallstone Pancreatitis

目的探讨十二指肠内镜联合复方大柴胡汤治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的疗效。方法 60例患者经十二指肠内镜治疗后,经胃管注入复方大柴胡汤。结果治愈59例,1例因多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论急性胆源性胰腺炎确诊后,内镜治疗可以有效地引流出胰液和胆汁,术后配以中西医综合治疗,可加快缓解和恢复,预防重型化和复发,对于临床治疗有很大的指导作用。

Objective： To explore the curative effect of the patients with acute gallstone pancreatitis treated by endoscopic duodenal plus Dachaihu Decoction.Methods： 60 patients were received the treatment of duodenoscope and Dachaihu Decoction from empty stomache tube.Results： 59 cases were cured.One case died from multiple organ failure.Conclusion： After admission with acute gallstone pancreatitis,the endoscopic treatment can be effectively out of pancreatic juice and bile drainage,following empty into the Dachaihu Decoction by stomach tube.It can accelerate mitigation and recovery and prevent the increase and the recurrence.It can be taken as a highly effective method in treating acute gallstone pancreatitis.
