摘要
研究了不同的胆甾醛和（３－甲基－２－氧丁基）三苯基溴化胂在不同溶剂体系中的固－液相转移Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ反应，使此反应在甾体支链的建造中得到了成功的应用．
The solid-liquid phase-transfer Wittig reaction of different cholesten-22-als with (3- methyl-2-Oxobutyl) triphenylarsonium bromide in various solvent systems was studied. It affords a useful method for the construction of side-chains of steroids.
