Literature Construction in Countries Adjacent to Xinjiang and in Central Asia: Problems and Feasible Study

文章是对新疆周边国家及中亚文献建设存在问题及可行性研究的探索。认为目前国家在实施新疆及西部大开发战略和文化大发展时期,有多方面的有利因素支持着新疆周边国家及中亚文献建设,有利于新疆周边国家及中亚文献资源保障体系建设的发展。

This paper probes into the problems of literature construction in countries adjacent to Xinjiang and in Central Asia and also conducts a feasible study of such a construction. The probe and study show that this literature construction could benefit from the implementation of China＇ s Western Development Strategy and Great Development Strategy of Culture. There exist many favorable factors which are beneficial for the construction and which could help to develop the library and information system in such countries adjacent to Xinjiang and in Central Asia.
