延安市公共图书馆发展现状的调查与思考

Investigation into and Reflection on the Current Situation of Public Libraries in Yan’an City

通过对延安市公共图书馆发展现状的实地调查,掌握了各图书馆的基本情况。延安市公共图书馆整体上还处于相对落后状态。存在重视不够,投入不足,管理僵化,设施落后,高素质人员紧缺,现代化建设滞后等主要问题。提出进一步发展延安市公共图书馆事业的对策性思考。

After conducting an investigation into the current situation of public libraries in Yan＇ an City, the authors familiarize themselves with the basic information of all public libraries inYan＇ an City. Public libraries in Yan＇ an as a whole are still in backward condition. Lack of attention, resources input and quality staff, rigid management, poor facilities and the delay in modernization are main causes for this backwardness. Then the authors recommend some ideas and measures to further develop the public libraries in Yah＇ an.
