摘要
用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法检验了稻田狼蛛（稻田水狼蛛Ｐｉｒａｔａ ｊａｐｏｎｉｃｕｓ、拟环纹豹蛛Ｐａｒｄｏｓａ ｐｓｅｕｄｏａｎｎｕｌａｔａ和拟水狼蛛ｐｉｒａｔａ ｓｕｂｐｉｒａｔｉｃｕｓ）对稻纵卷叶螟（Ｃｎａｐｈａｌｏｃｒｏｉｓ ｍｅｄｉｎａｌｉｓ Ｇｕｅｎｅｅ）幼虫 的捕食效应．３龄幼虫抗原最小检出量０．１０ｍｇ／ｍＬ，被狼蛛取食１头３龄幼虫（１ｍｇ／ｍＬ） 的抗原的光密度值为０．１４９ ± ０．００１．狼蛛取食３龄稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的抗原降解方程为：ｙ＝ ０．５８８ ８ｅｘｐ（－ ０． １１２ ３_ｘ）（取食１头）和 ｙ＝１．４１６０ｏｅｘｐ（－ ０．１１２ ３_ｘ）（取食３头）在第３代稻卷叶螟幼虫盛发期，被狼蛛的捕食率可高达３３．１９％。
An enzyme-linked . assay (ELISA) was used to detect the control effects of wolf spiders on rice leaf folder larva. The results indicated that minimum detectable amount of 0. 1 mg/ mL can he assaied in antiserum of 3rd larva.The OD value of the antigen of 3rd instar larva (1 mg/ mL) preyed by wolf spiders was 0. 149 ± 0.001 in an hour.Equations for decaying curve of antiserum of 3rd larva preyed by wolf spiders were y = 0.588 8exp (- 0. 1123_X ) (for 1 larva/spider) and y =1.416 0exp (- 0. 112 3_X ) (for 3 larvae/spider). The predation rate of wolf spider was 33. 19% during the 3rd generation of rice leaf folder.
