摘要
用ELISA方法检验了稻田狼蛛(稻田水狼蛛Pirata japonicus、拟环纹豹蛛Pardosa pseudoannulata和拟水狼蛛pirata subpiraticus)对稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrois medinalis Guenee)幼虫 的捕食效应.3龄幼虫抗原最小检出量0.10mg/mL,被狼蛛取食1头3龄幼虫(1mg/mL) 的抗原的光密度值为0.149 ± 0.001.狼蛛取食3龄稻纵卷叶螟幼虫的抗原降解方程为:y= 0.588 8exp(- 0. 112 3_x)(取食1头)和 y=1.4160oexp(- 0.112 3_x)(取食3头)在第3代稻卷叶螟幼虫盛发期,被狼蛛的捕食率可高达33.19%。
An enzyme-linked . assay (ELISA) was used to detect the control effects of wolf spiders on rice leaf folder larva. The results indicated that minimum detectable amount of 0. 1 mg/ mL can he assaied in antiserum of 3rd larva.The OD value of the antigen of 3rd instar larva (1 mg/ mL) preyed by wolf spiders was 0. 149 ± 0.001 in an hour.Equations for decaying curve of antiserum of 3rd larva preyed by wolf spiders were y = 0.588 8exp (- 0. 1123_X ) (for 1 larva/spider) and y =1.416 0exp (- 0. 112 3_X ) (for 3 larvae/spider). The predation rate of wolf spider was 33. 19% during the 3rd generation of rice leaf folder.
