电针对帕金森病模型大鼠海马CA1区nNOS表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察不同频率电针对帕金森病(PD)模型大鼠海马CA1区神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)表达的影响。方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型组、PD模型低频电针组和高频电针组。采用右侧纹状体内注射6-羟基多巴胺(6-OHDA)制备PD模型,取合谷和太冲穴,分别给予低频(2 Hz)和高频(100 Hz)电针治疗。免疫组织化学方法观察海马CA1区nNOS表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,PD模型大鼠海马CA1区nNOS表达增加,高频电针可降低其nNOS表达,低频电针对其没有影响。结论:高频电针治疗PD的机制之一可能是通过降低PD模型大鼠海马CA1区nNOS表达。 Objective: To observe the variation of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) expression at the hippoeampal CA1 region in model rats with Parkinson's disease (PD) by electroaeupuncture (EA) stimulation at different frequency. Methods:Twenty four Sprague-Dawley rats were equally randomized into groups of normal controls, models, low-frequency EA and high- frequency EA treatment. PD models of rats were developed by injection of 6- hydroxyl-dopamine (6-OHDA) into the right striatum, and undergone electrotherapy with EA at low-frequency (2 Hz) and high-frequency ( 100 Hz) via acupuncture point of Hegu or Taichong. immuno- histochemieal method was used to observe the changes of nNOS expression at hippocampal CAl. Results: Increased nNOS expression was found at hippocampal CA1 region in PD model rats as compared with the controls. High-frequency EA resulted in decrease of nNOS expression, yet the stimulation by low-frequency EA produced no effect. Conclusion: Effective stimulation via high-frequency EA for PD may be associated with one of the potential mechanisms of decreased nNOS expression at hippocampal CA1 region.
