高职院校护理专业实习学生心理健康状况的动态分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高职护生实习期间心理健康状况的变化规律。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法选取某校护理专业的实习生350人,对其进行4个不同时点的问卷调查,调查问卷包括一般人口学资料和症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果:实习后4个月(T4)调查对象SCL-90总分比实习前2周(T0)、实习后1个月(T1)和实习后7个月(T7)高(P<0.05);不同时点高职护生SCL-90各因子得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高职护生在实习不同时点心理健康水平不同,心理问题在实习前期尤为明显;对不同实习时期护生心理健康问题应该加以重视,并给予有针对性的心理指导和支持。 Objective :To investigate the change patterns of mental health status of nursing student from higher vocational college during their nursing practice. Methods : By cluster random sampling, 350 student nurse were recruited from a higher vocational college and surveyed at four separate stage with questionnaire including demographic information and symptom self-rating scale (SCL-90). Results:The total scores on SCL-90 after 4 months( T4 ) of nursing practice were significantly higher as compared with the stages of TO (two weeks before nursing practice), T1 (one month after nursing practice) and T7 (seven months after nursing practice), and the scoring on each components of SCL-90 varied statistically at different stage ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The mental health status of nursing students in higher vocational college varies at different stage during their nursing practice, and psychological problems appear prominent before the initial stage of nursing practice, suggesting that targeted psychological guidance and support shall be provided for this student group complying with distinct stage during their clinical nursing practice.
