摘要
为防止调和水系统窜入高压氮气后导致的煤烧嘴调和水流量下掉和4条煤烧嘴调和水流量出现偏差导致其中一条线出现低流量连锁引起装置连锁跳车,在调和水总管上增设排气阀和重新计算4条调和水线上的限流孔板孔径,对煤烧嘴调和水流程进行相关技改,技改后实现了工艺正常运行。
To avoid high -pressure nitrogen whisking into reconciling water system that it could induce me reconciling water flow of coal burner reduced and one in 4 reconciling water flows line became low flow then caused cascading trips, an added exhaust valve put up on reconciling water main and the aperture of restriction orifice plate at 4 reconciling water lines were recalculated, as above technical improvement on reconciling water flow of coal burner had been done, the technical process ran normally.
