This paper expounded the importance of management system of perfect electric power dispatching accident plan dealing with the emergencies of power grid. Introduction was made to the classification of accident plan, process specifications, ＂sand table＂ drills, final evaluation of execution etc each link of practice. The accident plan management of power grid covered the whole process, realizing the goal of plan ＂seamless＂ management truly. The example of practical application proves that the plan ＂seamless＂ management can significantly improve the capability of dealing with accidents, so as to enhance the level of operation management of the power grid safely.
