猪型布鲁氏菌rBLS重组蛋白的纯化与抗体制备

摘要 以猪型布鲁氏菌的BLS分子作为研究对象,通过重组蛋白质的纯化以及多克隆抗体的制备,研究了重组rBLS分子的免疫原性。结果表明:布鲁氏菌BLS分子具有较好的抗原性质,可以刺激家兔产生相应的抗体。 The swine Brucella BLS molecule was the study object in this paper. Through the purification and polyclonal antibody preparation,the immunogenicity of the recombinant rBIS molecule was studied. The results showed that the Brucella BLS molecule possessed the better antigen nature,and it could stimulate rabbit to produce antibodies.
