摘要
印度行政区划和层级目前主要包括联邦、邦和中央直辖区、地方。在行政区划之间及其政府层级上,具有复杂多样性特点,差异较大。在区划演变中,除了受到英国统治历史影响,解决语言问题和政治经济发展是区划变动的重要原因。这些对中国行政区划改革具有借鉴价值,包括行政区划变革的现实根据、设置与管理行政区划的法治化、减少政府层级、处理好行政层级与财政层级的关系等。
In India,administrative divisions and its levels include union,state(union territories) and local governments.There are much quite difference among these divisions and levels of government,which have complex diversity.In addition to the effect of British mode,national language problems,political demand and economic development play extremely important role on the evolution of Indian administrative divisions.India's some experiences may be worth to learn including reduction of government levels through full and objective consideration,legalization of administrative divisions
