摘要 通过对金川铜镍矿某矿区正在试产的贫矿石现场流程的精矿和尾矿样品的工艺矿物学研究发现,主要存在的问题是精矿N和Cu品位低,MgO含量高。其主要原因是滑石易浮,大量在精矿中富集造成的。因此,要提高精矿铜和镍品位,降低精矿中MgO的含量,适当提高铜镍的回收率,最直接有效的方式是降低精矿中滑石的含量。 Based on the process mineralogy research of the concentrates and tailings samples from copper-nickel mineral processing plant at Jinchun. It's showed that the main problem lies in the low-grade of Ni and Cu as well as high content of MgO in concentrates, which were caused by the considerable enrichment of the easy-to-float talc in the concentrates. Thus, reducing the talc content in the concentrates is the most effective and direct way to improve the Cu-Ni grade, as well as to reduce the MgO content in the concentrates and properly increase the recovery rate of copper and nickel.
