摘要
对钢渣原材料进行了化学成分分析和物理性能检测,钢渣在沥青混合料中可以作为粗骨料使用。根据钢渣的颗粒形状及粒径分布规律,设计了基于ATB-25级配的钢渣沥青级配碎石基层混合料的配合比。研究了钢渣沥青混合料高温稳定性能。当混合料用集料全部为钢渣时,其较佳油石比为5.7%,远高于同级配的石灰岩混合料;而将石灰岩细集料(0~5mm)掺配入混合料后,其较佳油石比降为4.1%;同时,将石灰岩集料(0~5mm、5~10mm)掺配入混合料后,其较佳油石比为3.9%。从综合利用钢渣与降低成本的角度来讲,将石灰岩集料作为钢渣沥青级配碎石基层混合料的细料部分,而粗料全部采用钢渣是最优方案。钢渣沥青混合料的高温性能优于石灰岩混合料。随着石灰岩集料的增加,混合料的性能越来越差。
The chemical compositions of steel slag was analyzed and the physical properties of it was tested,which showed that the steel slag can be used as coarse aggregate in asphalt mixtures. The design mix of the ATB-25 as- phalt mixtures was determined by the particle shape and particle size distribution of the steel slag. The steel slag as- phalt mixture's performances, such as high temperature stability were researched. When the mixture aggregate was composed of only steel-slags, the optimum aggregate ratio is 5.7% , far higher than the aggregate ratio of the lime- stone mixture with the same gradation;When the limestone aggregate(0-5mm)was blended into the mixture, the op- timum aggregate ratio droped to 4.1% ;At the same time, the limestone aggregate(0-5mm ,5-10mm)being blended into the mixture, the optimum aggregate ratio was 3.9%. For the comprehensive utilization of steel slag and reduced cost perspective,the optimal scheme is using the limestone aggregate as fine aggregate of the steel slag asphalt atb mixture, and using steel slag as coarse aggregate. The high temperature stability of steel slag asphalt mixture are better than the limestone mixture. With the increase of limestone aggregate,the performances of the mixture are worse.
