模拟后坐实验炮支撑架优化设计与分析

摘要 以某实验炮支撑架为研究对象,采用HyperMesh软件建立了该支撑架的有限元模型,对其静态刚强度的计算结果表明该结构有优化余量;应用变密度法对支撑架进行结构拓扑优化,并对优化结构进行有限元分析;通过对比优化前后的计算结果可以看出经过优化设计的支撑架减轻了重量,材料分布更加合理,且刚度和强度均满足设计要求;模拟实验结果表明:优化设计的支撑架满足实验要求,对类似结构的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。 A finite element model of an artillery support frame is established using HyperMesh Software. The displacements and stress of the support frame are computed. The results show there is allowance for optimization. So, topological optimization method based on varying density method is employed to redesign the frame. Static analysis is performed for the modified structure. Compared to the results of the original model, conclusions can be drawn that the weight is reduced, material distribution is more rational, and the stiffness and strength are in accord with the design requirements. The experimental results show that the support frame with structural topology optimization is reasonable and the method used in this paper can pro- vide some reference to the engineering design.
