基于OMRON可编程控制器的器材出入库货位提示系统的应用

Application and Research of Equipment Out of Storage Goods Allocation Indicating System Based on OMRON PLC

为了提高装备维修器材出入库业务的速度和准确率,缩短作业时间,提高作业精度,将PLC运用到维修器材出入库业务中。通过对器材出入库货位提示系统的设计与实现,梳理了其应用结构,并着重对PLC的控制部分进行了详细设计。选取了部分系统截图和核心代码,较详细地介绍了器材出入库货位提示系统在装备维修器材出入库业务中的功能和应用方式。为装备维修器材出入库业务起到一定的指导作用,对工程兵仓库的信息化建设在一定程度上起到了积极作用。
