一种叉车手动制动杆的振动控制

摘要 叉车手制动杆是叉车等工业车辆中用来进行制动刹车的重要部件,其怠速下的振动严重影响了整车运行可靠性;针对某型十吨叉车怠速时手动制动杆振动较大状况,通过试验模态分析制动杆的固有频率以及振型,再运用有限元法对其进行计算模态分析,并提出相应改进方案;模拟改进方案的计算结果使其固有频率从25.0 Hz降低到17.5 Hz,有效地避开了发动机气缸的爆发频率。 Forklift hand brake lever is an important component for braking forklift and other industrial ve- hicles. Vibration caused by idle speed seriously affects the operation reliability of the vehicle. Taking a type of ten ton forklift as an example, resulting from idle speed, the hand brake lever will vibrate intensely. Anyway, the solution of this bad condition is to analyze natural frequency of the brake lever and vibration mode through the test modal, adopt the finite element method to calculate the modal analysis, and put forward the correspondent improvement scheme. Calculated results of the simulated improvement scheme debases the inherent frequency from 25.0 Hz to 17.5 Hz, which effectively avoids the outbreak frequency of the engine cylinder.
