摘要
莱钢特钢事业部采用电炉短流程生产工艺生产汽车发动机连杆用钢。通过对钢材的化学成分、力学性能、低倍组织、非金属夹杂物和成分均匀性进行分析,并对生产的连杆锻件经纵剖、打磨后进行流线试验,结果显示,该钢的各项性能优良,流线连续性良好,洁净度较高,符合连杆用钢高洁净度、高均质化、高性能稳定性的要求。
The motor connecting rod steel was developed in Laigang Special Steel Department by using e- lectric furnace short process production technology. Through analysis on steel' s chemical composition, mechanical properties, macrostructure, nonmetallic inclusion and uniformity, and streamline test after longitudinal cutting and polishing of the connecting rod forgings, the results showed that the steel has good comprehensive performance, good flow continuity, high cleanliness, and meet such requirements for connecting rod steel as high cleanliness, high homogenizing, high performance stability.
