摘要
研究了CSP工艺生产的中高碳合金工具钢的脱碳行为,比较了CSP工艺与传统工艺脱碳程度的差异,分析了合金工具钢在不同加工条件下发生脱碳的程度、影响因素及工艺控制措施。
In this paper, study on CSP process of high carbon alloy steel decarburization control technol- ogy is carried out, the decarburization difference between the CSP process and traditional process is com- pared, the decarburization degree of alloy tool steel under different processing condition and influencing factors are analyzed, and control measures are introduced.
