摘要
通过对9Cr2Mo冷轧辊横向断口的化学分析、金相检验和扫描电镜分析,找出9Cr2Mo冷轧辊断裂的原因。中心孔加工粗糙是诱发裂纹形成的外因,而轧辊锻造工艺及热处理工艺不恰当则是产生断辊的内在原因。
By chemical analysis and metallographic examination anti scanning electron microscopy analy- sis, the breaking causes of 9Cr2Mo cold-rolling rollers are fimnd out. The external cause is rough pro- cessing of the center hole, which induces the formation of cracks, and the internal causes are inappropri- ate forging process and heat treatment process.
