摘要
针对各零部件皆正常工作时,由于油冷却器堵塞或换热面积不足致使油液虽经油冷却系统冷却但油温仍高于设计值的问题,提出了改造方案,在原有油冷却系统上并联一只或多只油冷却器。该方案解决了油温过高的问题,提高了设备运行的可靠性。
Aimed at the problem that oil temperature is over the designed value due to the oil cooler blockage or insufficient heat exchange area while the rest of the system is working normally, a reform pro- ject is suggested as follows: one or more oil coolers are connected in parallel in the cooling system. This project can resolve the problem of excessive oil temperature and enhance the reliability of the equipment.
