摘要
为进一步研究鱼子兰全株的化学成分,利用柱色谱方法对其进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共从中分离鉴定出6种化合物,分别为2-甲氧基-3,4-亚甲二氧基苯甲醛(Ⅰ),阿魏醛(Ⅱ),表松脂酚(Ⅲ),4',5,7-三甲氧基黄酮醇(Ⅳ),flavokawain A(Ⅴ),5-羟基-7,4'-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(Ⅵ)。
AThe chemical constituents of Chloranthus elatior plant were analyzed by means of chromatographic techniques and the chemical structure of these components was identified by spectral data and physico-chemical properties of the constituents. Six compounds including 2 - methoxy - 3, 4 - methylenedioxybenzaldehyde （ Ⅰ ）, coniferylaldehyde （ Ⅱ ）, epipinoresinol （ Ⅲ ）, 4＇ ,5,7 - trimethoxyflavonol （ Ⅳ ）, flavokawain A （Ⅴ ）, and 5 - hydroxy-7,4＇ -dimethoxyflavanone （Ⅵ） were isolated from the plant species and identified by this study.
