摘要
目的建立测定月季花中金丝桃苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(16∶84),检测波长为360 nm,流速为0.5 mL/min。结果金丝桃苷进样量在0.047 68~0.476 80μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.22%,RSD=0.89%(n=9)。结论该方法快速简便,稳定可靠,专属性强。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for determining the hyperin content in Rosa chinensis Jacq.Methods The Agilent C18 column(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm) was adopted with the mobile of acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid(16 ∶84);the detection wavelength was set at 360 nm with flow rate of 0.5 mL/min.Results A good linearity relation was observed between the sample size of hyperin during the range of 0.047 68-0.476 80 μg with the peak area.The average recovery rate of hyperin was 97.22%,RSD=0.89%(n=9).Conclusion This method is rapid,convenient,stable,reliable and strongly specific for the dermination of hyperin in Rosa chinensis Jacq.
