鼠神经生长因子治疗视神经挫伤31例

Application Analysis of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Treating 31 Cases of Optic Nerve Contusion

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子在视神经挫伤治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2008年5月至2011年10月医院收治的62例(69眼)视神经挫伤患者,随机分为两组。对照组31例(35眼)给予甲强龙激素冲击与改善微循环治疗。治疗组31例(34眼)在对照组治疗方案的基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗。结果治疗1～2个疗程后,治疗组总有效率为85.29%,对照组总有效率为65.71%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经挫伤的治疗过程中,加用鼠神经生长因子,对视神经损伤有显著疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of the mouse nerve growth factor for treating optic nerve contusion.Methods 62 cases（69 eyes） of optic nerve contusion enrolled from May 2008 to October 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group（31 cases,35 eyes） was given the pulsed therapy of methylprednisolone hormone and the improving microcirculation treatment.The treatment group（31 cases,34 eyes） was given rat growth factor treatment on the base of the control group.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after 1-2 courses of treatment was 85.29%in the treatment group and 65.71%in the control group,the difference between 2 groups showing statistical significance（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Adding the mouse nerve growth factor during the treatment process of nerve contusion has notable effect on optic nerve lesion and deserves to be widely popularized in clinic.
